Both sex and 'God' - the name of God, the concept of God - have been abused... distorted... lost to their true divine essence.
Long ago the Priestesses were cast out of the temples, magic went underground, religious holidays took over ancient rituals and orgasmic rites went into hiding. Most lineages died.
The monotheistic religions that herald a singular masculine God and denied the feminine God principle abused and distorted truth in the name of The Divine and convinced entire populations that sex - the act of reverent love that brings forth blessed new life - is unholy.

In truth: sex IS God. Sex is creation, unity, expansion, evolution and - when not abused - it is love.

STORY OF A RECOVERED CATHOLIC
I grew up the youngest of 6 in a devout Irish Catholic tradition. Love overflowed in my home and extended family... and yet, I was so afraid of myself - my body, my desires, my sexual hunger.
As a young child, before I started school - I had a curiosity to explore my body... and those of my friends. Did you ever play 'mother's and fathers' or 'Doctors' growing up? Yep, that was me! As I grew into a young teen, I felt so ashamed of myself for my pre-school antics. It was a dirty shameful secret I would one day have to tell my future husband just in case it's genetic and our kids turned out to be perverted too. I was sure it was abnormal behaviour that none of my peers would relate to.

Do I have to have my camera turned on?
Nope. Once the ritual begins, all cameras will be off.
What do I need to prepare?
Organise to take the call in a private place where you feel comfortable to explore self touch. Set the mood with soft, warm lighting. Make it ceremonial by lighting a candle, burning some incense and/or creating an altar for the occasion. Wear something that makes you feel like the Goddess incarnate you are.
What is sex magic?
Sex magic is the ancient practice of harnessing your erotic energy for healing, manifestation, and spiritual power. It's what the temple priestesses knew and what the mystery schools taught. It's what the church tried to bury. This masterclass is about understanding your sexual energy as your creative life force and learning to wield it consciously.
I'm not sure I want to participate in the sex magic ritual...
No problem - you can decide in the moment. The ritual is at the end of the call and goes for approximately 30minutes. If you choose not to participate in that segment; you'll still learn a great deal from the call. Besides, you may choose to return to the ritual at a later date.
Is this only for women with religious trauma?
No. While this work is designed to support women who grew up with organized religion, the shame around sexuality permeates our entire culture - whether you grew up with religion or not. If you feel the call, trust it. The teachings on pleasure as prayer and the body as temple are universal.
What happens on the call? Is there any nudity?
We'll explore the hidden history of how sex and God were separated, the resulting societal shame, and learn practices to reclaim our pleasure as a spiritual path. The call will conclude with a 'black-out' (camera's off) guided pleasure ritual. This is a sacred reclamation of your holy eros and you may participate as much or as little as you please.
I'm no longer religious - is this still relevant for me?
YES. Even if you've left organized religion, the conditioning doesn't just disappear. It lives in your nervous system, your relationship with pleasure, how you rest (or don't), and whether you believe you're "allowed" to fully enjoy your body. This is for the recovered, the recovering, and anyone ready to reclaim what was stolen.
Do I need to believe in God?
Not in the traditional sense. Certainly not as an old man with a beard who lives in the sky. Replace "God" with Source, Universe, Divine, Great Mystery, or whatever language resonates. This is about reclaiming your direct connection to the sacred - whatever that means for you.
What if I'm still involved with organized religion?
This work honours your connection to the divine while questioning the patriarchal distortions that have separated God from the body. Is it possible for a woman to maintain her spiritual practice while reclaiming her holy eros? I am entirely devoted to God. I no longer go to church on Sundays but I pray every day and every night. My understanding of who God is, how God loves and what makes God happy is very different now. My relationship with God has blossomed but it looks different to how it used to look. It feels different - lighter; more joyous; more loving. Only you know what's right for your path. I do not preach any dogma or proclaim that one way is better or higher than another. I believe all roads lead home. I cannot promise that you won't be triggered by what I share if you feel very connected to your religion. When we question long-held beliefs, it can feel like our very foundations are being rocked and that can feel very destabilising - like everything we know is being threatened. I've been there and so I have great tenderness and awareness of that. I would never pull someone away from their religion - I have friends and family who are very religious and I love that they are happy. If you feel a pull to be on this call - connect with that guidance. You could even pray on it.
I'm worried I'll be triggered.
We'll be addressing religious conditioning, which can bring up emotion, triggers and trauma. I have a serious understanding of this from personal experience and I hold this work with deep reverence and care. You may be triggered; but if you are ready, I will walk beside you, hand in hand, to your next evolution.
What if I'm not having sex right now?
Whether you're in a relationship, single and flirty or celibate, this work applies regardless of relationship status. Your holy eros is yours to reclaim. How it ripples into your partnerships (or attracts new ones) is the delicious side effect. This is about reclaiming ALL of your pleasure - self-pleasure, partnered sex, the pleasure of existing in your body, of wearing silk, of eating a ripe peach.
